Is this group still active?

I figured it out.

Because when I'm done, I expect to have a lot of them. I also write fanfics, and they tend to star OCs. Also, there are two I plan to write that have the majority of characters as OCs.

How do you submit things? And are OC profiles allowed? Cause I can't draw too well, but I still like my OCs and want to post something about them...

I just need to say this. Anna, the girl in the favorites section, is my OC.
